Director Faith Formation - Andy “Mo” Moscinski
Team Moscinski consists of Mo, wife Whitney, three children; Grace, Isaac and Hattie. Zola and Rey, dogs, complete the team. We live in Appleton and enjoy the great outdoors, good movies, and attending TimberRattler baseball games in the summer.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In spare time Mo enjoys family time, being outdoors, visiting state parks, and enjoying a good Old Fashion drink.
What inspires you?
My children and my wife inspire me.
Why are you in churchwork?
I am in church work because of people who believed in me and encouraged me to follow my heart and not my head. They include a pastor who first mentored me, my wife who taught me to listen for the voice and signs of God and most of all the Spirit who never gave up, even when I thought I knew best. I just enjoy sharing the gospel through humor, making people think and laugh.
Who is a hero of yours?
There is a list that includes my wife, my paternal grandfather, The X-Man, Wolverine, coffee, and baseball great Jackie Robinson.
What’s something quirky about you?
Quirky...what isn’t? I consider myself to have married way out of my league, to be an extraordinary napper, I enjoy coffee and bacon way too much, and I once held two different state of Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association punting records for Division 1 football.
